I received by PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science in 2009. I then moved to do my postdoctoral fellowship at the Dahlem Center of Complex Quantum Systems at the Free University of Berlin, Germany.
My research interests include topological states of matter and their emergent boundary states, the interplay between topology and interactions, and the resulting signatures in transport and pumping.

My primary research interest revolves around comprehending topological phases in both equilibrium and out-of-equilibrium systems. I have a particular fascination with exploring the topological properties of non-Hermitian quantum systems and the intriguing measurement-induced topological phases. Prior to my current position, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at RRI Bangalore under the guidance of Dr. Dibyendu Roy. My journey in academia began with a Ph.D. from IISER Bhopal, where I was a part of Dr. Auditya Sharma’s research group.
