I have funded positions open for talented students who are interested in pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in my group.
Group Director
Prof. Eran Palti
Professor Palti received his Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Oxford, and his Phd from the University of Sussex. He then held an STFC Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Oxford, and a Marie-Curie Fellowship at Ecole Polytechnique, Paris. He went on to the University of Heidelberg as a Junior Group Leader, and then to the Max-Planck Institute for Physics in Munich as a Group Leader. He joined Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as faculty in 2019.
Postdoctoral Researchers
Dr. Nicolo Petri
Dr. Petri received his Bachelor, Masters and PhD degrees from the University of Milan under the supervision of Prof. Klemm. He then went on to postdoctoral positions at Bogazici University and the University of Oviedo, before joining the group in 2022.
Dr. Stefano Andriolo
Dr. Andriolo received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Padua. He went on to do his PhD at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology under the supervision of Prof. Gary Shiu and Prof. Henry Tye. He held a postdoctoral position at KU Leuven, before joining the group in 2021.
Dr. Marco Michel
Dr. Michel received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the Technical University of Munich. He went on to do his PhD at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, under the supervision of Prof. Gia Dvali. He has been awarded a Minerva Postdoctoral Fellowship, and has joined the group in 2021.
Dr. Joan Quirant
Dr. Quirant received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Valencia. He went on to do his PhD at the Institute for Theoretical Physics in Madrid, under the supervision of Prof. Fernando Marchesano. He joined the group in 2022.

Asaf Arzi
Asaf received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He joined the group as a PhD student in 2021.

Omer received his Bachelor degree from Ben-Gurion University. He joined the group as a Master’s student in 2022.
