Group Director

Prof. Eran Palti

Professor Palti received his Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Oxford, and his Phd from the University of Sussex. He then held an STFC Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Oxford, and a Marie-Curie Fellowship at Ecole Polytechnique, Paris. He went on to the University of Heidelberg as a Junior Group Leader, and then to the Max-Planck Institute for Physics in Munich as a Group Leader. He joined Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as faculty in 2019.

Postdoctoral Researchers

Dr. Nicolo Petri

Dr. Petri received his Bachelor, Masters and PhD degrees from the University of Milan under the supervision of Prof. Klemm. He then went on to postdoctoral positions at Bogazici University and the University of Oviedo, before joining the group in 2022.

Dr. Joan Quirant

Dr. Quirant received his Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Valencia. He went on to do his PhD at the Institute for Theoretical Physics in Madrid, under the supervision of Prof. Fernando Marchesano. He joined the group in 2022.

Jarod recieved his Bachelor degree from Université Paris-Saclay, and his Master’s from the University of Cambridge (Part III). He joined the group as a PhD student in 2023.
