Ely Kovetz
Senior Lecturer
I am a senior lecturer at Ben-Gurion University, Israel. I am also a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to these, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University and the Weinberg Theory Group at the University of Texas at Austin. I received my PhD from Tel Aviv University in 2012.
My research interests span the field of data-driven cosmology, from the theoretical study of various astrophysical phenomena, high-energy theories of the early universe and missing pieces of the standard cosmological model, to the planning of dedicated cosmological observations and the analysis of their data.
